The Designer Minky Company was started in 2015 by Amber Jenkins. Amber and her family live in Roosevelt, a small oilfield community in northeastern Utah.
The Designer Minky Company was born during a downturn in the oil industry when Amber started making blankets out of her home. She was able to help out her family financially and still stay home to care for her young children. From the Slave Cave, (her basement) to the beautiful shop the Designer Minky Company now calls home, Amber continues to be dedicated to innovating new and better ways to bring you the fabulous Minky products you love!
Amber has been married to the love of her life, Logan for 11 years and between them share four beautiful children. She has grown this business into the success it is today with the help of her dear friends and is excited to continue to grow and keep offering her customers the exceptional quality and service they have come to expect.
